Each of the 3,662 delegate statements was scanned for mentions of the 12 declared Senate candidates, and each mention was labeled
Supports (explicit commitment, e.g. “I plan to support Troy Jackson as our nominee”),
Leans (preference without commitment, hedged support, past support, or lower-ranked choices), or
Mentions (name appears without a support signal).
Caveats: Labels were generated by pattern rules plus AI-assisted review — they are a research aid, not ground truth. Click any label to see the exact sentence(s) it was based on and judge for yourself. A “Mentions” label is not an endorsement — some mentions are critical or merely biographical. Statements were written at different times; some predate the final candidate field. Graham Platner (the withdrawn nominee) is deliberately not a filter. Delegates whose statements name no candidate may still have strong preferences.
Delegate hometowns and self-reported identity fields that appear in the official guide are deliberately not included in this tool. The default sort shuffles delegates within each county to avoid alphabetical bias; “Hide names” lets you read statements blind.
